The EVOLVEMENT Leadership Program is an empowering initiative designed exclusively for youth (specifically young men) junior or senor high within the school systems of our community. Our goal is simple but profound: to equip you with the essential leadership skills needed to thrive in today's dynamic world.

Our team believes that learning should be exciting and inspiring. That's why we couldn't pick just one activity from our unique curriculum to showcase, but if we had to choose, one of our all-time favourites is the "Self Portrait via Magazine Cover" activity.
Imagine this: You, as the CEO of your very own company, featured on the cover of a renowned magazine like People or the New York Times. You'll get to create your own magazine cover and self-portrait. Use images, colours, and words that reflect who you are, your passions, your quirks, and even what brings a smile to your face. It's a fantastic opening to showcase your unique personality and style.
Once your magazine cover is ready, you'll have the chance to present your design to the group. It's an incredible opportunity to express yourself, define who you want to be as a leader, and get to know your peers in a fun and creative way.
