EVOLVEMENT MENTORSHIP

An extension of the EVOLVEMENT Leadership program, EVOLVEMENT Mentorship brings vetted members of our community together to support and, you guessed it, mentor those participating in the leadership program. In a group setting, the men of our community and the members of the leadership program come together to talk, share, and participate in community activities.

 

Our goal is to provide the volunteer mentors with the tools, knowledge, and guidance they need to promote healthy masculinity, including new and traditional practices, create a culture that supports gender equality, and provide a brave space where the individuals in the program can shine, and just be their best selves.
